Q) What do I do if I lose my mailbox key?
A) You will need to purchase a new lock which will come with two (2) to three (3) keys depending on your model.
Q) How do I change the mailbox lock?
A) When your mailperson delivers your mail they will allow you access to your lock. Simply remove the clip on the inside of the door, remove the old lock and insert the new lock with the new clip.
Q) Where do I get a Canada Post lock?
A) The official Canada Post lock is only available through Canada Post.
Q) What is a High Secutiy Panel (HSP) on the model 1200?
A) It is a high security, mechanical devise to lock uniformly the main gate from top to bottom of the unit.
Q) How come my new vertical mailboxes won’t open?
A) For shipping purposes there are screws on the sides of the mailbox to hold them in place. Remove the two (2) screws, one (1) on each side and pull the doors forward while pressing the spring bar.
